This notice describes the main information flows in the Eduents service. Organisations should review it alongside their own student-data and assessment policies.
Information we process
Eduents processes account and organisation details, questions and assessment content you choose to store, test-response information, uploaded files needed for requested workflows, and technical data used to operate and secure the service.
Why we process it
We use this information to provide authentication, organisation access, question-bank and paper workflows, online testing, OMR processing, analytics, support, abuse prevention and service reliability.
Service providers
Eduents uses specialist infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, file storage, communications and AI-assisted processing. They receive only the information required for the relevant service function and are governed by their applicable agreements.
Organisation and student data
Access to organisation-owned content and assessment records is limited by the roles and active organisation associated with an authorised account. Customers are responsible for having an appropriate basis to upload and process student or institutional information.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. We use technical and organisational controls, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting support@eduents.com. Some records may need to be retained when required for security, legal or legitimate operational reasons.
