Terms for responsible use of the Eduents workspace.
These terms set a practical baseline for accounts, organisation content and AI-assisted assessment workflows.
Using the service
You may use Eduents only for lawful assessment, teaching and organisation workflows. You are responsible for account security, authorised users and the accuracy and legality of content uploaded to your workspace.
Your content
You retain responsibility for questions, files, student records and other content you provide. You grant Eduents the limited permission needed to host, process, transform and display that content to provide the features you request.
AI-assisted output
Extraction and other automated output can contain mistakes. Review generated or extracted questions, answers, diagrams and classifications before using them in an assessment or making a decision about a student.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, bypass usage controls, upload unlawful material, misuse another organisation’s content or use the service to harm students or other users.
Availability and changes
Features and limits may evolve. We work to keep Eduents reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material changes to paid services or these terms will be communicated through appropriate channels.
